Getting Started
We start off with a free, 20-minute phone call. This time will be used to assess what sort of treatment you are seeking, and if you and I are a potential fit for therapy.
Rates
Please contact me to discuss fees. Sliding scale services are available on a limited basis. In-person therapy sessions are 50-minutes in duration unless otherwise agreed upon.
Insurance
Insurance is not billed directly but I will provide receipts for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please consult your insurance company in advance to confirm they will reimburse you.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of the session. Cash, checks, and Paypal are accepted. Please make checks out to “Jessica Levith”.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Otherwise you will be charged the full cost of the session.
